Deposits
We ask all clients a non-refundable deposit (50%) upon making an appointment.
Patch Test
All new clients are required to book a patch test at least 48 hours to your appointment.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
We kindly ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.
You can reschedule or cancel online (our booking site) or by contacting us.
Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.
No show or less than 24 hours notice will result in the remaining balance of your appointment being charged.

Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service you originally book.
If you are late more than 20 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain the deposit.
We have a limited space at the salon. If you arrive earlier, please have a seat on the chair
just outside the salon until we call you in.

Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our services within the first 7 days from your appointment.
If there is any issue, please contact us within 7 days and we are happy to fix it.
If 7 days mark has passed, we will not be responsible.
*This guarantee applies only to lash extensions, lash lift and brow lamination treatments.

Clean Lashes
It is important that you arrive with clean mascara-free lashes and no make up around the eyes.
​
Infills
Infills are recommended every 2-4 weeks. at least 40% remaining on both eyes.
If you arrive to your appointment with less than 40% remaining on both eyes, you might be charged for a full set.
All infills must be within 4 weeks from your last appointment. *3 weeks infills are accepted up to 3 weeks.
If you miss the 4 weeks mark, please book a new set and removal.
Infill from another lash techs are not accepted unless arranged in advance.
